Health: This can be anything from getting into shape to learning how to make a healthier meal. It doesn't matter the reason but you can help them learn new things, see that they're actually doing some good and remind them that being healthy is important. Let them know that healthy food is important and give them information on healthy eating. If the students don't see themselves doing this, remind them that it's easy to make healthy choices and that they have the option of stopping if they want to.
